Interests and Passions Outside of Teaching
I enjoy research and writing and am currently working on a couple of publications. I hope to continue to contribute scholarly work to the exciting field of the Hebrew Bible and the ancient Near East. Outside of the classroom, I am occupied primarily by my two adorable children (Sophie and Paulie) and husband, also the Tennis Coach at CU. Together, we love to camp and fish and simply enjoy the outside, regardless of the weather.
Additional Information
Why do you teach?
It is my privilege and joy to teach at CU. I am passionate about the Hebrew Bible and it brings me great delight not only to foster existing biblical knowledge in students but also to make tangible the literature of the Old Testament in its ancient Near Eastern context.
