Aaron is currently the professor of double bass at Interlochen Center for the Arts and director of orchestras at NorthPointe Christian Schools in Grand Rapids, Mich. Aaron is a member of the Greater Lansing Symphony Orchestra and former member of the Saginaw Bay Symphony Orchestra, West Shore Symphony Orchestra and the Jackson Symphony Orchestra. He has also played with the Grand Rapids Symphony.

In addition to orchestral performances, he has also played for some of the greatest double bassists in the world including Gary Karr and Edgar Meyer. He also studied jazz with Rodney Whitaker (of the Lincoln Center Jazz Band) while participating in the jazz program at Michigan State University.
