Kinesiology100: Foundations of Wellness — I love having the opportunity to impress upon freshman the importance of whole-person wellness and of seeing their bodies as a gift from God!

Be versatile — there are so many opportunities in the field of kinesiology, so be sure to avail yourself to as many experiences as possible!

Born in Fairmont, W.Va., and raised in LaVale, Md.

Married to Mark and have two kids — Levi, 6, and Reagan, 5.
Interests and Passions Outside of Teaching
I love to spend time gardening, reading and woodworking.
