The Student Retention Office, located in the Ketcham Building, coordinates the campus-wide effort to provide a quality educational experience by improving programs and student services.
Cornerstone University’s retention rate for first
time, full time freshmen from 2009 to 2010 is 80.82%.
Comparatively, the average for all reporting Council of
Christian Colleges and Universities institutions from 2008-2009 was 73.92%.” (Retention and Graduation Rates

This office also serves as a resource for students experiencing academic, social or financial difficulties by directing these students to the appropriate offices or personnel. Students are encouraged to contact the director of student retention with concerns. Students needing to withdraw from the university during the semester should contact the director of student retention to begin withdrawal procedures. The Student Retention Office also assists students who step out of Cornerstone University and wish to readmit at a later time.
