Discipleship groups are small gatherings of students who intentionally meet together for two main purposes:
- Building community – spend time with people whom you can hang out with and have fun, but who will also help bear your burdens and encourage you to live like Christ.
- Discipleship – becoming more like Jesus in the way you think, the words you say and the way you act. This is pursued in these groups through activities like studying the Bible, prayer, accountability, and service.
Groups are available at various times and locations throughout the week for residential and commuter students or a mix of both. In every section of each residence hall a group is available and led by the section’s Discipleship Coordinator (DC). Groups are also available across campus which cater to a specific topic of study or demographic of student.
