Organizations and clubs are an important and vibrant aspect of the Cornerstone community. Below is information about the organizations and clubs available for students.

ACT:s is a Christian organizations that seeks to make global issues such as poverty, social injustice; hunger, etc. become known at Cornerstone University through activities such as “Lives at Stake” and Orange Orphan t-shirts. The goal of these events are to educate everyone, including ourselves, and hope to act out our passion of bringing love to the broken. Other events include a broken bread meal emphasizing what the struggle for food is like in a third-world country. Act:s also creates awareness through chapels with speakers from World Vision and other non-profit organizations, and by being outspoken and creative on campus. Knowing the need in this world, ACT:S will be a voice at Cornerstone University for those who cannot speak for themselves.

English Society seeks to engage the entire campus through events like Poe Night, Open Mic Night and our Masquerade Ball. It supports writers through the weekly, Writers' Group and annual Cornerstone Review literary magazine.

The main focus of SIFE this year, aside from the three projects, will be learning and gaining experience. SIFE plan to compete at the regional level each year alongside other university and colleges. The goal is to use the experiences as building block for a sustainable program for years to come.

Student Government (CUSG) functions as both an active liaison between students and administration and is a project-oriented organization that mobilizes the energy of students to address campus and community concerns.
