Communication & Media Studies

Journalism (News-Editorial)

As a journalism major, you will be equipped with the ability to use your God-given gifts and talents to work in print, online and broadcast media, serving public, private and ministry organizations. We have a new three-year track that allows a student to finish early.

"Through Cornerstone’s journalism program, I have learned an incredible amount about accuracy in reporting, and about taking personal responsibility to do everything to the best of my ability. My professors have challenged me and provided networking opportunities for internships that I would not have been able to get anywhere else."

Rachel Watson, (09, Journalism major)
Grand Rapids Press Intern
