Married to Monica; Two sons, Alexander and Daniel

Favorite Bible passage:  the whole book of 1 John because of the focus on love and fellowship

Interesting tidbits: I once met Mother Teresa. My favorite learning experience was Oxford (England). My favorite vacation destination is Aruba. I have studied French, Spanish, Japanese, Polish, Russian, Quechua (Peru), and German... and English.
 

Other Interests & Pursuits:

Learning about languages and cultures, playing with my kids, missonary work, travel, training overseas for linguistics (I've been to Brazil, England, India and Peru)
 

Comments:

The TESOL program is ministry oriented so that the classroom experience prepares students for ESL teaching in Grand Rapids and around the world.
