Fine Arts Division
Welcome to the Fine Arts Division! Created in God's image, man cannot avoid the creative impulse, nor can he deny the existence and worth of beauty. The Fine Arts Division seeks to help the student discover the creative process and channel the appreciation of beauty for the glory of God and the furtherance of His kingdom.
Programs and coursework within the Fine Arts Division address the aesthetic dimension of man's existence and his relationship to God. Some courses develop the proper theoretical basis for the appreciation of creativity and beauty. Others seek to introduce the student to major artistic forms within a historical framework. Still others provide the student with practical training in aesthetics through applied courses that help develop talent in photography, drawing and music.
The division offers two degrees: Bachelor of Music (B.Mus.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.). For more information, visit our majors/minors web page.
