  3. Request official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate schools attended to be mailed or faxed directly GRTS Admissions.
  4. Notify personal, ministry, and professional references that Cornerstone will email a link to the following electronic reference forms: 
        Personal Reference 
        Ministry Reference
        Professional Reference

       For paper applications: submit a $25 application fee, mail/fax/hand the above forms to your   
       references to complete and return to Graduate Admissions.
