Cornerstone Athletic Facilities


The first phase of the Bernice Hansen Athletic Center was completed in August 2000 and phase 2 was completed in March 2001. The BHAC has 125,000 square feet of space which houses the Mol Arena for Golden Eagle athletic events, chapels, concerts and other special events, 4 classrooms, weight room/fitness center, aerobics room, Human performance lab, field house/practice gym, 3 racquetball courts, jogging track, 6 locker rooms, conference room, and office space.
 


The Hansen Center is available to all current CU students, faculty and staff, as well as Golden Eagle Club members. Please see the policy page or rental page for more details on BHAC use. You may also contact the Facilities Director, Layne Kreh, for more information at 222-1546.

The Hansen Center also offers our coaches and student-athletes a state of the art Video Room (above) located in the lower level. Also, in the center is an auxillary gym (below) that can be used.

The Hansen Center also has three racquetball courts which can be used during regular facility hours.
