Cornerstone Loses Ground in WHAC Race

The men's golf team finished 4th in the second to last Jamboree of the season slightly losing ground in the race for the WHAC championship. Madonna gained six stokes today and moved to a 10 stroke lead over Cornerstone as they move to the final Jamboree of the season hosted by CU at Quail Ridge on October 19th. Chet Vandenberg finished in the top ten with a 74 for 9th place. Marcus Brussee tied for 11th with a 77 along with Ben Vanbiesbrouck and Ryan Zwier. Alex Lanning scored a 79 (t-19th) and Josh Mick came in with an 84 (t-31st). CU travels to the Butler Invitational on October 5-6 before they wrap up the fall season on October 19th.
