Eric Campbell Takes Over Golf Program

Athletics Director, Dave Grube, announced the hiring of Eric Campbell as the new golf coach at Cornerstone University . Campbell has been the varsity golf coach at Allendale High School over the past 4 years where he has coached one all-stater and five all-conference performers. Campbell, a resident of Grand Haven, owns a golf retail store in Holland called “Grip and Rip” and is a certified teaching professional as well as master club-fitter. Campbell played basketball …

The Golden Eagles Fall Season came to an end yesterday at the final WHAC jamboree as Cornerstone finshed 4th overall.  The team finished with a total of 1589 strokes for an average of 317.8/match.  Aquinas took home top honors with a total of 1554, Siena Heights was second with 1569 and Madonna placed 3rd with 1579. The news at the end of the day made things a little brighter as the team goes into the off-season when three Golden Eagles were named as All-Conference players.   Junior …
