Golden Eagles Improve to 2-2 in WHAC With 2-0 Defeat of Indiana Tech

The Golden Eagles hit the road for the second of what will be seven straight road games and came home with a key WHAC victory today over Indiana Tech. Jacob Stanko scored an unassisted goal in the 10th minute of play to put the Golden Eagles up 1-0. Alan Doornbos made it 2-0 just five minutes before the half on another unassisted goal. Neither team were able to score in the second half and the Golden Eagles walked away with a 2-0 win. Matt Roberts picked up his first win of the season in the goal. Cornerstone will travel to play Madonna on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. in their next contest.
