AS A JUNIOR: played in 17 games with 10 starts…scored 4 goals…scored game winning goal vs. Trinity International in 2-1 win at home…scored in first 40 sec of game vs. Siena Heights in 2-1 overtime loss…scored game winner vs. Davenport in 2-0 victory at home…scored in 3-0 victory over Concordia…named to 2008 WHAC All Academic Team…2008 Daktronics-NAIA Academic All American…was awarded the 2008 Meguma Masuda Award for inspiration and dedication…named as a 2009 Team Captain.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Played in 17 games with 1 start…came off the bench to play forward as well as outside mid…was honored with Meguma Masuda Award for inspiration and dedication.
AS A FRESHMAN: Played in 11 games with one start…first collegiate goal came vs. Concordia in a 2-0 victory …1st collegiate start came versus Siena Heights in 0-0 tie…Matt is one of the fastest player’s on our roster and looking to use his speed and desire to have an impact.
