HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL: played at Zeeland Christian and started as goalkeeper…sophomore year of high school was on the JV team… was the team captain and was voted MVP for the season…. junior year of high school played in 5 games and suffered a season ending injury against rival, Zeeland East High School… suffered a tib-fib fracture that needed surgery consisting of a rod and three screws…. Senior year, worked hard to come back as a starter once again and had a great season with a very young team…spring break of sophomore year went on a mission trip to Florida to help with hurricane relief.…currently a member of First Reformed Church in Holland, MI… hobbies include car detailing, snow skiing, and riding sea-doo in the summer months… the son of Scott & Marcia Vlietstra… has an older sister, Heather…plans to major in Business Management.
