Ripley Repeats as National Runner-Up

(Edwardsville, IL) On the final day of competition of the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships, Zach Ripley successfully defended his second place performance from 2008 in the 3000 meter steeplechase. The race was nearly a duplicate of last year, with Aaron Melhorn taking the lead from the gun and cruising to the win in 9:00.74.
