Cornerstone University welcomes Nicole Dummer to the Women’s Soccer Program. Nicole Dummer from Fremont, MI has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Cornerstone beginning in the fall of 2009.
Nicole plays varsity soccer at Providence Christian in Fremont, MI. Nicole has played varsity soccer and served as captain all three years in High School. She has scored 101 goals so far in her career at Providence Christian. She was voted All-District and All-Area in 2007 and 2008. She has also played varsity basketball for three years and is team captain for the 2008-2009 season.
Nicole has also excelled in the classroom. She has been on the Honor Roll all four years of high school. She is a member of the National Honors Society. She has also worked on the Yearbook Staff and the Youth Advisory Committee.

Cornerstone University welcomes Anna Stegink to the Women’s Soccer Program. Anna Stegink from Kalamazoo, MI has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Cornerstone beginning in the fall of 2009.
Anna is Homeschooled and plays soccer for the Kalamazoo Cougars Soccer Team in Kalamazoo, MI. Anna played on the varsity team and was Team MVP for four years. She served as captain for 3 years. She was named to the All-Tournament team at the National Homeschool Tournament in Fort Wayne as a junior. She received the Team Leadership Award twice and the Sportsmanship Award once during her time on the team. She played for the Kalamazoo Soccer Club for six years. She also played basketball for four years with the Homeschool team.
Anna has also excelled in the classroom. She has been named to the Academic Honors List for three semesters at Kalamazoo Valley Community College for duel enrollment classes. Anna is also a Pastor’s Scholarship Award winner at Cornerstone.

Cornerstone University welcomes Kathy Butt to the Women’s Soccer Program. Kathy Butt from Zeeland, MI has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Cornerstone beginning in the fall of 2009.
Kathy has been a three year varsity letter winner and starting Goalkeeper at Zeeland West High School in Zeeland, MI. She has also played basketball and was voted Most Improved Player in 2007-2008.
Kathy has also done well in the classroom. She has been on the Honor Roll each semester in High School. She is a member of the National Honor Society, and HIP (a mentoring group in which select seniors guide incoming freshman throughout the year.) She is an active member of her youth group at Community Reformed Church.

Cornerstone University welcomes Amanda Ulstad to the Women’s Soccer Program. Amanda Ulstad from Spring Arbor, MI has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Cornerstone beginning in the fall of 2009.
Amanda has played varsity soccer at Western High School for three seasons and will be a captain for her team this coming season. She was voted All-Conference as a sophomore. She was All-Conference, All-District, and voted to the Jackson Patriot Dream Team as a junior. She is also a captain for her club team (Jackson Rush Soccer Club). Amanda also played on the varsity volleyball team for two years.
Amanda has also excelled in the classroom. She has been on the Honor Roll, High Honor Roll, and is a member of the National Honors Society.

“I am a person who is completely and totally in love with God and my goal for college is to strengthen my relationship with Christ. I wanted to consider Cornerstone at the beginning of my college search because I felt that this University could help me accomplish this goal. When I visited the school, I could just tell that this was the place for me. I prayed about the college decisions I was faced to make, and I feel that Cornerstone University is where God is calling me to be. Another love of my life is soccer. I have been playing the sport since before I can remember. I knew I wanted to play in college. When I visited Cornerstone, I played with the Women’s Soccer Team and it was amazing. Both, the players and the coaches were so nice, caring, committed to the sport, but most of all, you could tell that they were on fire for Christ. I know now, that I have found a University where I can live my life for my Lord and Savior and the people around me will be living the same way as well as supporting and encouraging me; and it does not get any better than that!”

Cornerstone University welcomes Riley Steen to the Women’s Soccer Program. Riley Steen from Farmington Hills, MI has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Cornerstone beginning in the fall of 2009.
Riley has played varsity soccer at Harrison High School in Farmington Hills since her freshmen year. She has been All-Conference for the last two years and has been on the All-Academic Team each year she has played. She will be a captain on her team this coming season. Riley also played volleyball for three years.
Riley has been on the Honor Roll each year of High School and is a member of the National Honors Society. She is a member of the Link Crew Leadership Program. She will also be going on a mission’s trip to Jamaica in February.

Cornerstone University welcomes Devon Campbell to the Women’s Soccer Program. Devon Campbell from Twin Lake, MI has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Cornerstone beginning in the fall of 2009.
Devon has played varsity soccer at Muskegon Catholic Central for three seasons and will be a captain for her team this coming season. She was voted All-Conference, All-District, and All-Region for her first three seasons in high school. She was voted 2nd Team All-State as a sophomore and 3rd Team All-State as a junior. Devon has also played varsity basketball for two years.
Devon has also been active in other extracurricular activities. She is a member of her High School Worship Team (WINGS). She took a Katina Relief Missions Trip in 2008. She also served as school youth camp counselor

Meghan has played varsity soccer every year at Stevensville-Lakeshore H.S. She was voted All-Conference as a junior. She has played club soccer for Athletic Jaier Futbol Club and served as a captain for her team.
Meghan has also excelled in the classroom. She has been on the Honor Roll all four years in High School. She has also been voted Student of the Month four times during her time at Lakeshore H.S. .

Paige has played varsity soccer at Zeeland West H.S. for the past three years served as captain in 2008 and will be a captain on the 2009 team.
Paige has also done very well in the classroom. She has been on the Honor Roll and is a member of the National Honor Society. She has also been very active on Student Senate. She has been involved in Young Life and active in her church youth group.

When I played with the Women's team I loved how committed the team was as a whole not only to soccer but also to God. They were all extremely nice, welcoming and they made me feel as though I was part of the team. That says a lot about the atmosphere at Cornerstone and is the reason I have chosen to spend the next four years here.”

Nicole has played varsity soccer at Thornapple Kellogg H.S. for the past three years. She was voted All-District as a junior. She also played Varsity Volleyball for 3 years and Varsity Basketball for 2 years
Nicole has also done very well in the classroom. She is a member of the National Honor Society. She has also been very active in 4-H.. She has taught Sunday school class at her church. She has also been involved in coaching both youth soccer and basketball.

Kelley has played varsity soccer at Traverse City Christian H.S. for the past four years. Kelley was named All-Conference and All-District in soccer. She also participated in Basketball, Cross Country, and Track & Field in high school.
Kelley has also done very well in the classroom. She has been on the Honor Roll and is a member of the National Honor Society. She received the Kiwanis Academic Excellence Award and the USAA National Science Merit Award. She has also been active in her church and has been on various mission trips.

“I have decided to attend Cornerstone University because I liked the campus feel when I visited and the academic options available. I think that I will really enjoy being a part of the team this fall and I’m looking forward to it.”

Rachel has played varsity soccer at Cedar Springs H.S. for the past three years. She was captain of the JV Team as a freshman.
Rachel has also done very well in the classroom. She has been on the Honor Roll all four years. She received an Outstanding Achievement award, Academic Letter, and a Pin of Excellence at Cedar Springs H.S. She has been a member of the National Honors Society for two years.

Cornerstone University welcomes Hope Cronkright to the Women’s Soccer Program. Hope Cronkright from Cedar Springs, MI has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Cornerstone beginning in the fall of 2009.
Hope has played varsity soccer at Cedar Springs H.S. for the past three years. She was voted All-Conference and All-District.
Hope also did very well in the classroom. She has been on the Honor Roll all four years. She received an Outstanding Achievement award and a Pin of Excellence at Cedar Springs H.S. She was also a member of the National Honors Society. She served as Chief Editor of the school newspaper. She was an International School of Ministry Student and served as a Youth Group Leader at her church.

Morgan has played varsity soccer for four years at Northview H.S. She was voted All-Conference and All-District. She was voted Team MVP for Northview. Morgan also served as captain for her team.
Morgan has done well in the classroom and has been involved in Campus Life at school and has been involved with a small group bible study.
