Farrell Picks Up His 200th Victory In 8-0 Win Against Concordia

The Golden Eagles exploded with five runs in the top of the 6th inning to go up 8-0 and held the Cardinals scoreless in the bottom half of the inning to defeat the Cardinals and eliminate them from the double elimination tournament today. Brown Named First Team All-WHAC

Emily Brown was named All-Conference by the WHAC coaches for the 4th straight year. Brown batted .318 and hit 6 Home Runs this season. Jill Peterson, Mandee Michielsen, Melanie Creager, and Julie Nietering were all name Honorable Mention All-Conference. Jill Peterson was also name to the All-Academic Team and the Champions of Character Team. The Golden Eagles open up WHAC Tournament play today at 1:00 after being rained out yesterday.
