JOHNSON CITY, TN(3/6) On the final day of competition at the 2010 NAIA Indoor National Championships, the Cornerstone women gained two more All-Americans on their way to the highest team finish in program history. In the triple jump senior, Kay-De Vaughn led the first of three flights going 38’ 6.75” on her first and second attempts then a season best 39’ on her third attempt. JOHNSON CITY, TN (3/5) The Cornerstone Women’s Track & Field team doubled their All-American total from the first day of competition at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championship with two more on day two. In the opening event, the 3,000 meter race walk, Janelle Brown worked her way into sixth place in a school record time of 15:04.35, breaking her mark from earlier this season. JOHNSON CITY, TN (3/4) The opening day of the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships became the most productive beginning in Cornerstone T&F history, producing two All-Americans and two school records. Senior, Kayla Wilson and junior, Amy Boyer stood third and ninth in the field of sixteen women competing in the pentathlon.
