The Cornerstone volleyball team improved to .500 in the WHAC (5-5) with a 3-0 win over UM-Dearborn. CU won the first set 25-20 and then hit an impressive .778 in the second set to win 25-12. They went on to win the third 25-22. Holly Cousins led the team with 11 kills on 21 attempts (.524). Marcie Blacquiere dished out 32 assists, Kayla Wilson was the dig leader with 13. The Cornerstone women's volleyball team got as close as they could to an upset before falling to the visitors of Indiana Tech on Tuesday night. The league leading Warriors came into the game with an undefeated (7-0)conference recordand ranked 25th in the most recent NAIA national ratings.
