The Multicultural Organization strives to promote Biblical awareness, acceptance and appreciation of other cultures by providing opportunities for interaction, education and service. It will encourage members of the Cornerstone community to acknowledge personal biases, recognize and reconcile racial and cultural injustices and seek global perspective from a Christian worldview. - Mission Statement

The MCO will provide the Cornerstone University campus with social and educational opportunities to be exposed to other cultures through forums and special events, both on and off campus.  Cultural holidays will be promoted and celebrated throughout the year. The campus will also be led to consider issues related to diversity, realizing that many issues do not have a simple solution.  MCO will offer opportunities to be involved in volunteer activities in order to contribute to the Grand Rapids community while broadening participants’ perspectives and understanding.  Students, staff and faculty are encouraged to participate. - Vision Statement
