FAQ’s
1. What is the structure of this event?
Civitas Festivus is an indoor event held in the Fieldhouse at Cornerstone University. Each organization present has a 2x5 table reserved for them. (To reserve a table you must complete the RSVP form on this page and email it to Lindsey Renée Jacobs). The tables will be arranged all around the Fieldhouse so that students may easily browse them as they walk around. Due to the indoor nature of the event and the fact that space will be limited inside the Fieldhouse, large displays are discouraged.
2. Will there be electricity available? If so, will we need to bring extension cords? How long would they need to be?
Electricity is available if needed. You must notify us of your need for it on the RSVP form. Further more you are responsible for bringing your own extension cords. We will try to place your table near an electrical outlet, if you notified us of your need for electrical access, but due to having limited space you may need to bring long extension cords. I would suggest possibly bringing a variety of lengths.
3. When will we need to be there to set up?
Doors open at 3:30pm for set up.
