As development representative, Soderquist spends time traveling to spread the mission and vision of the university and develop relationships.
Background: Soderquist comes to Cornerstone with about five and a half years of Business Development, Sales and Community Relations experience within the faith based, non-profit continuing care retirement industry as he was fortunate to have worked for Covenant Village of the Great Lakes and Beacon Hill at Eastgate here in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He also had the opportunity to serve as a development representative with Spring Hill Camp. This is how he came to Michigan.
Originally from the Northwest, Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis from Seattle Pacific University.
He is an active member of the Golden Kiwanis of Grand Rapids.
Interests: Lee enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Renae and his three beautiful daughters, Mollee, McKenna and Addison. He loves developing relationships with anyone, skiing, (alpine, Nordic and water), hiking, backpacking, and camping. He also enjoys spending time with friends around a meal, reading, eating, and drinking coffee. Experiencing adventure and travel are things he enjoys as well.
