Parking Citation Appeals
Notice regarding Citation Appeals
* Citation appeals will be heard at the Department of Campus Safety during regular business hours Monday through Friday and in person unless extenuating circumstances prevail. All appeals must be presented with 10 days of the citation issue date
* Appeals past 10 days from citation date will not be accepted or considered unless extenuating circumstances exist
* All dispositions will be final (unless extenuating circumstances exist)
* The following appeals will not be heard:
1) Not registered (after two weeks from semester start date)
2) No student parking in Administration Lot B or Ketcham Lot V or in any specially designated space
such as "RESERVED" or "FACULTY-STAFF"
3) Fire Lane or Handicap violations
