SCHOOL YEAR 2009-10 HOURS:
Office: Monday & Friday 9:00am to noon; 1:00 to 4:00pm
Tuesday 9:00am to 10:00am; 11:00am to noon; 1:00pm to 4:00pm
We are closed during University Chapel so that we may worship together
Wednesday 9:00am to 11:00am; 12:30pm to 4:00pm
Thursday 9:00am to noon; 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Nurse available during all office hours
Health Service Providers (MD or mid-level)*:
Monday (MD) 9:00 am to noon
Thursday (NP) 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
*Allergy injections are given when providers are present.
AFTER HOURS CARE
Cornerstone students may call the office to talk to a nurse anytime during office hours. After hours a nurse is available by calling 460-7413.
Referrals to area physicians are available. A referral must be made by the Cornerstone Health Services medical staff (by calling the office or the afterhours number listed above) in order to be covered by student insurance.
