MISSION STATEMENT
Cornerstone University exists to empower men and women to excel as influencers in our world for Christ by offering a student-focused learning community where Jesus Christ is central.
In Health Services we seek to enable each student to continue their Christ-centered higher education by learning stewardship of body, mind and spirit; and by providing quality professional health care to assist in learning self-care and injury/illness prevention.
GOAL
Cornerstone University students who interact with Student Health Personnel and Programs will:
- identify appropriate measurable objectives specific to developing a Christian Worldview of health.
- identify strategies to develop their citizenship in the world and the local community.
- define the roles of pro-active leaders in health promotion.
- identify strategies to achieve optimum personal wellness.
- explain how healthy living is an act of personal worship.
