Finding your MAC address

• go to Start, Run. Then type in:
• Cmd
• Then press OK. Then type:
• Ipconfig /all
• Look for your wireless adapter. You are looking for the “Physical Address”. It should be six sets of 2 digits each. For example, 01-02-03-04-05-06. Technology Support needs this number. Without your MAC address, it is not possible to identify your computing device and remove your computing device from the banned list.
