Pat Irwin "Jabaz" Scholarship

This scholarship Fund was created to financially assist students participating in the Cornerstone Learning Center. Four awards of $500 are given in the Fall and Spring semesters. Eligibility is based on documentation of a disability that is registered in the Cornerstone Learning Center. The candidate must also demonstrate a walk of faith and trust in God to enable them to serve Him in their chosen field and have a scholastic standing in the top 10 percent of his or her class. The Cornerstone Learning Center will submit names of students who fit the criteria. Donors will be notified with information about the recipients.

This fund was established by Pat Irwin, a Cornerstone University Alum.

Richard and Doris Grant Baker Learning Center Endowment

This endowment fund was created to develop the Cornerstone Learning Center staff and programming and to provide scholarships or awards to students at the Cornerstone Learning Center. Since established, this fund has been used to provide scholarships for students in the Cornerstone Learning Center who face emotional, physical, or educational challenges while attending Cornerstone University or Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. The Brain Trust (small study groups lead by a tutor) program has also been included in this fund. The endowment funds used for the Learning Center staffing needs, scholarships, and awards must be submitted by the Learning Center Director and approved by the division dean who oversees the Learning Center's operations.  The program recommendations must reflect integration with already existing programs.

This endowment fund was created in honor of Richard and Doris Grant Baker.
