Your Story

When I was attending GRBC, I was working with troubled teens at a local youth home. I continued working full time as a child care supervisor with Wedgwood Acres Christian Youth Homes until God called me into short-term missionary service for two years in Paraguay with ABWE. When I returned, I met my husband and moved to Milwaukee, where we were active at Garfield Baptist Church, (now known as Spring Creek Church). There we adopted our daughter and felt God calling us to missions. We served for 11 years in Chile, where we planted a church and adopted our son.

We are now active at Anchor Church here in Georgia. We look forward to attending our daughter's wedding in Chile in July. She has made Chile her permanent home and we are thrilled for her. We hope to return to Chile some day. In the meantime, we are praying about church planting in our own neighborhood.
