William Vits, Principle Percussionist with the Grand Rapids Symphony, serves as a percussion instructor at Cornerstone University. He is also a studio musician and featured on numerous local jazz, rock, folk and classical recordings. Vits is currently a member of the Percussive Arts Society and the International Rhythm Bones Society. He is a Contractor/Percussionist for touring Broadway shows including: “Spamalot,” “Camelot,” “Ragtime,” “42nd Street,” “Titanic,” “Guys & Dolls,” and “Shrek.”
In his spare time, Vits enjoys hiking and biking.
