Here are the steps that you need to take to make your application complete.
- Complete the above application. If you prefer to send in a paper application, click here to download a printable PDF application. It can be mailed in, along with the $25 paper application fee, to:

- Give the Christian leader recommendation to your pastor, youth pastor or Christian leader. (If you provide us with an email address for this person in your application, we will automatically send him or her an electronic version of this recommendation.)
- Request ACT or SAT scores be sent to Cornerstone (unless you are over the age of 24 or have taken at least 30 college credit hours).
- Give the High School Transcript Request Form to the guidance counselor at your high school. Ask him or her to fill it out and return to our office with a copy of your transcripts and ACT or SAT test scores.
- Request transcripts from all colleges you've previously attended be sent to Cornerstone.
- If all academic requirements are met, once we've received the above information you can expect to hear an admissions decision within 48 hours.
- Once you've been accepted, make sure to file your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to be considered for financial aid opportunities. You'll find helpful hints readily available on our website. Cornerstone University's FAFSA code is 002266.
