Early Enrollment Program

GETTING STARTED EARLY

College isn’t just the thing that comes after high school. We’ve made a way for high school juniors and seniors to start college before they graduate either on our campus or online. It’s called the early enrollment program. Here’s how it works:

Boiled down, CU is a university for 3D people who want the kind of academic challenge that will prepare them for meaningful lives, a tough job market or the grad school of their choice. CU is a university for people who want to dive into the love of Jesus and discover a deeper faith and stronger connection to God.

Want to get started? It’s easy, just four simple steps.

  1. Fill out an admissions application online for FREE, or pick one up from the admissions office. Want to check us out first? Get a full 3D tour on one of our campus visit days. Call us at 1.800.787.9778 or click here to register online.

Don’t forget! To be accepted as an EE (Early Enroll student), you must submit your high school transcripts (3.0 cumulative GPA or higher) and have written permission from your high school guidance counselor.

  2. Once you’re accepted, you have options. Either pick an on campus course or choose a “Jump Start” online course. Need some definitions? Here you go:

On campus courses: You’ll come on our campus for class, interact with faculty and students, and be part of our community. Class options include any 100 level course and a variety of upper level courses. Contact your personal admissions counselor for more details.

“Jump Start” online courses- no explanation needed. You’re taking an online course. Courses vary each semester. Click here for a full description of the program and a list of course options.

  3. Pay your tuition. The cost is a steal at $125 per credit hour plus a $35 technology fee and $65 parking fee per semester (books not included). Cost is similar to local community colleges, but at CU you’ll experience smaller class sizes, professors who really want to get to know you and classmates who share your love for Jesus.

  4. Attend an EE orientation. We’re here to help you out with all the details…we’ll even show you where to park your car.

So is this right for you? We think it is. By getting a couple of EE classes under your belt, you’ll be better prepared to enter the college world.
