Have you submitted your $150 tuition deposit and form?
The tuition deposit is important to send to Cornerstone. This deposit will secure a place for you in classes. Beginning in April, admissions counselors begin to register for classes those new freshmen who have submitted tuition deposits for the fall semester. The tuition deposit goes directly into your first tuition payment.
Have you submitted your $150 housing deposit (if living on campus) and housing reservation form?
The housing deposit and housing reservation form secure you a place in the residence halls. Those students who submit their housing deposit earliest are assigned housing first. Also, specific housing or roommate requests are more easily met for those students who submitted their housing deposit early. The housing deposit will be returned at the end of the school year assuming no repairs are needed to the students room.
Have you submitted your health services forms?
The Health Services Office requires all new students to submit their health forms (green) prior to their arrival on campus. Most new students find that they must have a routine physical and doctor's signature prior to August, so arrange your appointment today! If you have misplaced your health form, contact the Health Services Office at 616-222-1441.
