Technology Information
Cornerstone University is excited to be able to provide our community with some of the latest educational tools available. It is our desire that our students learn to be wise stewards of the technology and resources available to them.
The Technology Support Center is available if you experience any technological challenges during your time at Cornerstone.
Laptops
Every new freshmen at Cornerstone University receives a laptop computer. The laptops are scheduled to be distributed on your arrival day. In addition to the actual laptop, you will receive the necessary cords, cables, and carrying case for you to use.
Printers
There are black and white laser printers available for all students to use across campus at no additional cost.
If you are considering bringing your own printer, you will need to provide your own paper and ink cartridges.
Email accounts
Every student is automatically given a Cornerstone email account. When you arrive on campus you will receive your email address as well as instructions on how to use the email system. Email is the main communication tool used on campus.
Network space
In order to protect some of your most important academic files, you are provided with space on the Cornerstone University network. This allows you to save files/papers on the network, which is backed up regularly. It also allows you to be able to access your files from anywhere on campus.
Student CUBE
The CUBE (Cornerstone University Bulletin Exchange) is an electronic "bulletin board" for students to post items for sale, find rides on weekends, give prayer requests, and make announcements.
Wireless & Network Access
Students are able to access the Cornerstone network and Internet through a wireless network on campus. The wireless network is available throughout campus.
