Change in Lending Policy for MeLCat AVs

Effective July 1, Miller Library can no longer borrow AV material (DVDs, Audio Books, etc) from MeLCat, our state-wide catalog of millions of resources from Michigan libraries. Partly this is because we do not reciprocate—we only lend our AVs to CU patrons, primarily because of the immense popularity of our DVDs among our own users. However, you can still use Inter-library loan to find and borrow educational AV materials from many libraries, and you can frequently find and freely borrow DVDs and audio books locally from KDL and Grand Rapids Public Libraries. Meanwhile, please continue to use our amazing and free MeLCat system to borrow books from all over Michigan
