Using Other Michigan Libraries
CU faculty and students have lending privileges at many Michigan libraries through the MeLCat Visiting Patron Service. Simply bring your Cornerstone ID card and second picture ID to any participating library.
General and course specific library instructional information is located in the Miller Library Repository and linked to corresponding courses. Your username will be your DiscipleNet ID (e.g., d0423456). If this is your first time logging into Odyssey, your password will be the same as your ID.
Instruction relating to other disciplines such as searching for Bible commentaries, searching for peer-reviewed articles and other frequently asked questions.
Off Campus Access
To access databases from off campus: Click on the database you wish to access and enter your name and disciplenet account number when prompted. (Your DiscipleNet ID number is whatever the number is that you’ve been assigned--preceded by your first initial and a zero or two to total 7 digits). For example: Joe Smith, j0012345.
For all PGS reserves select "Search by Professor, Lecturer, or Instructor Name" and type "PGS" into the search field. Then select the corresponding course.

Document Delivery Service
The Document Delivery service allows students who do not attend class at the Grand Rapids campus to receive Miller Library materials through mail delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the borrower and must be postmarked by the due date to avoid any fines. For details, see the Distance Education Policy.
