Cornerstone University would like to announce Dr. Martin Hughes has accepted the position of dean of undergraduate education, effective July 1, 2012.

  • Founded: 1941

    Size: More than 1,800 undergraduate students, as well as 800 graduate students

    Freshman Profile: Average high school GPA of 3.5; average ACT score of 24; average SAT score of 1590

    Denomination: Multi-denominational, with more than 45 denominations represented in the student body

    Cost: 2011-2012 tuition is $22,388 for traditional students taking 12-17 credit hours per semester (tuition includes laptop computer). Room and board on campus is $7,314. Total annual cost is $29,702.

    Campus: 130 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, including a nine-acre lake encircled by a walking path

    Academics: 56 full-time undergraduate faculty. More than 46 undergraduate academic programs in the arts, sciences and theological and professional studies, as well as 16 advanced degrees. The average class size is 20, and the student-to-faculty ratio is 20:1.

    Off-Campus Study: Nearly 20 programs in 10 countries. Cross-cultural ministry teams have traveled to more than 20 countries in the past five years.
  • Kuyper College and GRTS Establish Consortium Agreement

    January 30, 2012
    Kuyper College and Grand Rapids Theological Seminary have signed a consortium agreement. Established June 1, 2011, this agreement between Kuyper and GRTS will allow Kuyper pre-seminary students to complete a course of studies at both institutions.

    The successful student will achieve two degrees, a bachelor of science from Kuyper and a master of divinity from GRTS.
