Blind GRTS Student Achieves Dreams

Nicole Davis, who graduated from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary on May 4, has not allowed her lack of sight to prevent her from achieving her life goals.

After 20 eye surgeries to salvage her vision, she became blind at 16 years old.

    Freshman Profile: Average high school GPA of 3.5; average ACT score of 24; average SAT score of 1590

    Denomination: Multi-denominational, with more than 45 denominations represented in the student body

    Cost: 2011-2012 tuition is $22,388 for traditional students taking 12-17 credit hours per semester (tuition includes laptop computer). Room and board on campus is $7,314. Total annual cost is $29,702.

  • CU Announces New Women's Basketball Coach

    Cornerstone University announced today the hiring of Katie (Feenstra) Mattera as the school's new Head Women's Basketball Coach. Feenstra replaces Carla Fles who coached 14 years at Cornerstone before retiring after this past season. 

    The 29-year-old Mattera begins her coaching career after an eight-year career in professional basketball, including five years in the WNBA.
