  • Concentrations

    With a Master of Arts in Education, you have the opportunity to specialize your development as an educator. Each of the following concentrations requires four to five courses that are seven weeks in length:

    Learn to integrate theory and best practices from subject areas such as:

  • Admission Requirements

    • Application ($25 fee)
    • Official college and/or military transcripts*
    • Minimum 2.7 G.P.A.
    • Two letters of recommendation
    • Copy of your teacher's certification document
    • One year minimum of successful classroom teaching experience
    • International Students: TOEFL or IELTS score

    Cost Breakdown

    A college degree is an investment. Expenses include tuition, a course reservation fee, educational resources and an application fee.

  • Reading Diagnostic Tools and Remediation Course

    One course within our Master of Arts in Education program is EDU-566 Reading Diagnostic Tools and Remediation. This course will prepare you in areas such as:

    • Interest inventories.
    • Visual and auditory discrimination tools.
    • Language expression and processing screening.
    • Writing assessment tools.
