Sharing testimonies through music.

Cornerstone University's Division of Music is committed to providing a rigorous musical education experience for our students. We believe that music is a beautiful way to reach people's hearts. The CU Chorale tours during the school year in order to share the gifts of our students as well as the gift of music with our audiences.

Europe Tour | May 2013

Students in the University Chorale experience an international concert tour at least once before they graduate. In May 2013, the Chorale enjoyed a 3-week concert tour in five European countries: Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Czech Republic and Germany.

Quotes from Concert Guests & Tour Hosts

  • "I came to the concert tonight very tired, but now I am energized. Tonight heaven and earth have come together."
  • "The performance was fantastic. We felt the presence of God. Many said that beyond the beautiful musical experience they had been filled spiritually."
  • "We all need angels. We rarely see them. Tonight we did."
  • "One cannot hear music of this high quality every day."

A Pastor's Story

  • "'Exceeding abundantly more than I asked or imagined' (Ephesians 3:20) sums up my thoughts of the Cornerstone University Chorale tour in Hungary. We had heard that the choir was good and we knew their tour goal was ministry, but none of us was prepared for the power of the Chorale's presentation. People here were blown away by the precision and professionalism of the choir. Many explicitly said they have never heard anything quite so good."

Chorale Members Reflect on the Tour

  • "If I had not gone on this trip I would not have had the opportunity to see the Lord overcome language barriers by moving so visibly through our music. The reaction of the audiences, the tears and the hugs, astounded me. I did not expect the listeners to be so touched. I truly believe that the Lord was working in the hearts of those who listened to us."
