Help your people become disciples of Jesus in every aspect of their lives.

From Feb. to May 2016, you are invited to a special Talking Points series on “Everyday Works” produced by Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. It’s an opportunity to network with colleagues and engage a topic most people wrestle with but seldom hear addressed at church.

What does being a business owner, doctor, farmer or retail employee have to do with following Jesus? This series seeks to answer that question and provide pastors and ministry leaders with the tools they need to keep the conversation alive in their churches.

The Everyday Works Project is a grant-supported effort at GRTS to help people see how their faith, their everyday work and the mission of the Church are vitally connected.

GRTS is holding four monthly events for pastors and ministry leaders and will be recording the events for a video-based small group curriculum. Speakers include:

  • Dr. Michael Wittmer on why work is good.
  • Dr. Amy Sherman on how to embody the Kingdom at work.
  • Mr. Rudy Carrasco on how business/enterprise leads to flourishing.
  • Pastor Artie Linsday and Dr. Peter Greer on our calling to expand the circle and empower those in poverty flourish.

What’s included? At each event, attendees will receive lunch and two free books for further reading (that’s eight total books). You will also be able to connect with the Made To Flourish Pastors Network for continued networking, support and learning.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity! Seating is limited. Register today to reserve your seat. Consider bringing your key leaders with you.
