Activities and Traditions
Your college experience couldn’t be complete without the many campus activities taking place throughout the week and weekends. Whether it’s the famous CU traditions such as MudBowl, Mock Rock and the Homecoming Ball, or other student activities such as our Mario Kart tournament, ‘Stone Zone Athletic games or Super Party at Celebration! Cinema North, you will truly have a blast on and off the Cornerstone campus.
The Student Activities Board will guarantee your ideas are heard and experienced while you’re involved in campus activities at Cornerstone. It’s made of six students, just like you, so be confident that the events throughout the week will reflect what you and your friends want to do.
Are you looking for the opportunity to explore you interests outside of the classroom? Want to join a cause, or find friends who share your passion for justice, theatre, or dancing? The Cornerstone University Student Government (CUSG) is sure to have the Student Organization for you.
Let your competitive side out as you engage in sporting events with other CU students in our Intramural Sports programs!
Cultural awareness and global exposure are some of the major values of the Cornerstone experience. We encourage students to travel, study abroad, and expand their worldview as they prepare to enter the world as influencers for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Community is important at CU. We strive to offer you every opportunity to connect with your peers in deep and meaningful ways. One of the best ways to cultivate healthy, beneficial relationships with other students is by joining a Small Group.
In addition to connecting with your peers, it is important to have relationships with those who can lend a listening ear, as well as share their life experiences with you in an intentional way. The Sojourners program at CU connects students with staff, faculty, and peer mentors.
