What are your career aspirations?
My goals is to get my Certified Public Accountant certification upon graduation and develop my career at a firm. I also want to get certified as a forensic accountant.
Why did you choose CU?
I chose CU because I instantly felt at home during my first visit for a Golden Eagle day. I felt that God called me here. I made my decision about 6 months before starting at Cornerstone after weighing all the options.

Have you completed an internship?
I have completed two internships at Plante Moran, a CPA firm. My role was to assist in financial audit engagements and develop professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

I am a competitive bowler.
How do you like to spend your free time?
I enjoy watching movies, laughing with friends, reading Forbes, magazine, and playing sports in my free time.
How would you describe community life at CU?
Christ centered. Every effort on campus is focused on living how God wants us to live in community with one another.
What was your favorite thing about Terra Firma?
I liked that I automatically had a group of trusted friends to grow with during my first year at school. It built life-long friendships.
How has Student Financial Services helped make CU a possibility for you?
The generous financial aid from CU made it possible for me to attend. It was one thing that Cornerstone did to beat my other options for schools.
Any advice for future students?
Focus on relationships as much as you focus on academics.
Why did you choose your major?
I chose my major, accounting, because of how in-demand it is. It is a booming field and I enjoy how well-respected accountants are. I declared my major before freshman year.
