Tuition Payments

Pay Online

Pay via WebAdvisor

Students can submit tuition payments through their student account on WebAdvisor. The following are some helpful instructions to pay your student balance. Please remember that a negative balance or “credit” is not money that you owe, but will receive at the appropriate time.

  • Log in to WebAdvisor using your Cornerstone University username and password.
  • Once you are logged in, click the Students link to view the student menu.
  • Under Financial Information, click on Make a Payment to submit your tuition payment.
  • Review the Semester Tuition Statement you received from Student Financial Services to accurately pay the proper amount due.

If you feel the amount reflected on your Semester Tuition Statement is not accurate due to recent changes in class registration, financial aid, meal plan, room & board, or course fees please contact the appropriate department office as soon as possible.

Payment Plan

Payment Plan Enrollment

Tuition, room and board statements are sent in July for the fall semester and in December for the spring semester. Balances are to be paid in full one week prior to the beginning of the semester. Being approved for enough loan to cover the balance of the bill or signing up for the online payment plan is considered as "paid in full".
A $100 late fee will be applied if balances are not paid by the initial due date. A $25 per month additional fee will be applied each succeeding month.

For cash, check and credit card payment follow the directions on your statements.

Cornerstone University is proud to offer Advanced Education Services (AES) as a convenient budget plan. This is not a loan program. You have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed and there is no credit check. There is a non-refundable enrollment fee that is deducted with your first payment. You may budget your tuition and fees via Automatic Bank Payment or credit card options. If you choose to make your monthly payments using a credit card or debit card rather than by ACH from your checking or savings account, a 2.95% transaction fee will be assessed on each payment. There is no transaction fee for those who use their checking or savings accounts for payment.

Important Notes

  • If changes are made to your tuition statement after you have enrolled in AES, Cornerstone will update your account and future withdrawals will reflect the change.
  • You must sign up for the AES program each semester unless you enroll for the annual plan; being enrolled for the fall semester does not automatically enroll you for the spring semester.
  • Enrollment fees are applied with each new enrollment period.

Payment Plan Options:

  • Semester plan: $50 enrollment fee; 5 months or less ending by December or May.
  • Annual plan (10 months or less, ending by May); $80 enrollment fee.
