About Don Denyes.

Donald G. Denyes was elected to the board in 1997 and elected as vice chair in 2016. He sits on the Student Development committee and chairs the Adult Learning committee which oversees the functions of Cornerstone's three adult education entities: Professional & Graduate Studies, Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and Asia Biblical Theological Seminary.

Denyes earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and began pastoral ministry in 1975. In 1995 he accepted a call to be the senior pastor of South Church in Lansing, Mich., where he continues to serve today.

He also serves as adjunct faculty at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and as the board liaison to the Asia Biblical Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Nancy, live in Lansing, Mich.
