We welcome alumni, students, parents and grandparents for an unforgettable weekend of connecting with old friends and making new — all while being a part of the exciting things God’s doing at CU!
Event Schedule
Homecoming & Family Weekend begins Thursday, October 1, with Wisdom Conversations, an inspiring evening designed to bring the Cornerstone community together for meaningful connection and Christ-centered conversation.
The celebration continues Saturday, October 3, with a festive pregame tailgate followed by one of Cornerstone’s favorite traditions, Powderpuff Football. Join alumni, students, families, and friends for food, fellowship, campus spirit, and an unforgettable evening under the lights.

Advance registration is encouraged for all events.

Lodging
Cornerstone is just a short drive from several local hotels, including several located downtown. See the list of hotels below. For a discounted rate, mention Cornerstone University when you book a room.
Explore the City of Grand Rapids
If you’re coming in from out of state, why not enjoy all that Grand Rapids has to offer in the fall? Take a family trip to Robinette’s, take in the fall colors at a local park, or enjoy a cup of hot chocolate from Haggerty’s. There’s so much to do and explore, you might even want to add an extra day or two to your trip.
