Food Service

Meals are important. They’re important for nourishment as well as community. At Cornerstone University, our Food Service team is dedicated to bringing our campus community hot, fresh meals every day and healthy options for every student. Our Food Service offers a wide variety of menu options each day and strives to provide top culinary trends and healthy, nourishing options for allergen-sensitive members of our community.

Dining Commons

Sharing a meal is important. Our Dining Commons is designed for our community to share them together. Each day, the Dining Commons offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of options, including house-made soup, fresh pizza and a deli-style sandwich and salad bar. Students can enjoy traditional meals and campus favorites like popcorn chicken bowl and Warm Cookie Friday. The Dining Commons also has an allergen-sensitive room for students with gluten, peanut and dairy allergies.

Weekday Hours

  • Breakfast: 7-9:30 a.m.
  • Lunch: 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Dinner: 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Weekend Hours

  • Continental Breakfast: 8:30-9 a.m.
  • Saturday Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • Sunday Lunch: 12:30-1:30 p.m.
  • Dinner: 5-6 p.m.

Golden Eagle Café

For students with busy schedules, the Golden Eagle Café provides meals on the go. With sandwiches and salads made fresh every morning, the Grab n’ Go station at the cafe provides fast, nourishing meals to students headed to class. The cafe also makes signature espresso, coffee and tea beverages available for purchase.

Weekday Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 11 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Special Dietary Needs

Cornerstone’s Food Service is sensitive to the fact that some of our students have unique dietary restrictions and requirements. We do our best to provide a wide range of options for vegetarian, vegan and allergen-sensitive students.
