Activity matters.

With personal health and fitness occupying much of our nation's attention, exercise science is an excellent way to tap into a plentiful job market that aims to promote healthier lifestyles through exercise and fitness programs.

At Cornerstone University, you will take a broad approach to the study of anatomy and physiology, exercise physiology, biomechanics, measurement and evaluation, exercise prescription, injury prevention and nutrition. Through classwork, projects and field internships, you will gain a greater appreciation of how God designed the human body for movement.
