Dr. Christopher Kuiper serves as an adjunct professor of business for The School of Business & Innovation at Cornerstone University. Dr. Kuiper is a highly motivated and enthusiastic corporate treasury professional committed to Agile transformational change as an integrator collaboratively leading with a mature Agile mindset and cultivating a proactive, hands-on approach. He focuses on efficiently leading outcomes where everyone yields sustainable value with over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services within various areas, including executive leadership roles, portfolio management, product management, operations, Agile coaching, project management, and consultative business support. He is a change ambassador and thought leader, leveraging progressive technical analysis and engaging in strategic projects and financial data analysis.

Dr. Kuiper shares his passion for cultivating business and financial acumen through teaching as an adjunct professor since 2008. Includes facilitating courses in organizational management, leadership, accounting, and finance from associates to master’s level degree programs. He is personally committed to lifelong learning as a creative, rational thinker who has consistently achieved and exceeded objectives.

With an excellent track record in leadership agility through serving on various project teams within nonprofit organizations, higher education, and financial services from wholesale to retail banking segment specific to digital transformation, allowing for significant opportunities to partner with key stakeholders and technology partners to ensure change success. Primarily due to how he guides and influences cross-organizational collective team environments through a primary focus on a vision and mutual goals for everyone while maintaining high-impact individual service levels. Dr. Kuiper and his wife live in Atlanta, GA, with their family often actively traveling locally and globally, enjoying the opportunity to explore and learn.
