As a student athlete and future coach, you are interested in learning more about the “player centered approach” (PCA) to coaching. Your coach told you about a journal article she read about this just a few months ago by De Souza & Oslin. Your challenge is to find the article and to complete this closing summary of DeSouza and Oslin’s research: “A PCA is not for everyone…” You specifically need to find the article that has the helpful color illustrations and table. Tell where you found it.
